Every tool is free. No sign-up, no credit card, no trial clock.

Private by design

Every tool runs entirely on your device. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded to a server — so contracts, IDs, and photos stay yours.

One place for everything

100+ tools across PDF, images, audio & video, QR codes, business, and developer work — no more hunting down a sketchy single-use site for every task.

Free & instant

No account, no installs, no watermarks. Open a tool and go — and because the work happens locally, most keep running even offline once loaded.

Common Questions

Are The Dollar Web's tools really free?
Yes. Every one of the 155+ tools is free to use, and that is the permanent model, not a beta promotion. An optional Premium plan ($25/year) adds extra features that vary by tool, like cross-device cloud backup, plus premium guides and guaranteed unlimited use. Everything works free and local-only without it.
Do my files get uploaded when I use these tools?
No. Every tool processes your files entirely in your browser, on your own device. Your PDFs, photos, videos, and text never travel over the network, which you can verify yourself by watching your browser's network tab while using any tool.
How can browser tools work without a server?
Modern browsers run near-native code through WebAssembly: the same FFmpeg engine behind professional video software runs in a tab, and even AI models download to your device and run locally. The server stopped being necessary for most single-purpose tools.
Do the tools work offline?
Mostly, yes. Once a tool's page has loaded, the processing code is on your device, so most tools keep working if your connection drops. AI tools work offline after their one-time model download.
How is this different from sites like Smallpdf, Canva, or remove.bg?
Those services upload your files to their servers, meter free users with watermarks and daily limits, and retain copies under their policies. The Dollar Web's tools do the same jobs locally: no upload, no account, full resolution, no watermark.
What kinds of tools are available?
Twelve collections covering 155+ tools: the full PDF suite, image tools with on-device AI, audio and video editing, developer utilities, business documents, calculators, education and classroom tools, productivity apps, QR codes, text tools, event planning, and everyday utilities.
