The importer detects the columns from the headers, previews what it found, and builds the chart. You can export the finished hierarchy back to CSV for the spreadsheet too.
Drag their card onto the new manager's card. Their whole team moves with them, and the tool refuses circular reporting (you cannot drop a manager onto their own report). Every change can be undone with the Undo button or Ctrl+Z.
