Make a QR code you can repoint to a new link anytime without reprinting it, and count every scan. Prefer a plain static code? That is free and stays in your browser. Tune colors, add a logo, and download a print-ready PNG or JPG.

A dynamic QR code solves the biggest problem with printed QR codes: you can change where it goes after it is printed. Instead of baking the destination into the image, a dynamic code encodes a short link on thedollarweb.com. Because that link never changes, you can repoint it to a new URL whenever you like and every poster, sticker, menu, or business card that carries the code follows along instantly. Every scan of a dynamic code is counted too, so you can see how well it is doing.
Prefer to keep things simple? Making a plain static QR code is free and runs entirely in your browser: the destination is encoded in the image, so it never expires and never touches a server. The dynamic features, repointing the link later and counting scans, are part of Premium.
Turn on the Dynamic QR toggle and the tool creates a code bound to your current link and adds it to Your dynamic QR codes. Print or download that code. Later, open the list, choose Edit destination, and paste the new URL. The QR image is identical, so nothing needs reprinting, and the same code now sends people to the new link. Each dynamic code is unique to your account, so its destination and its stats are yours alone.
Because a dynamic code routes each scan through our redirect, counting is automatic. Click the 📊 button next to any dynamic code to see total scans, a day-by-day timeline, and a scans-per-day CSV export for your reports. Link previews and crawler bots are filtered out, so the numbers reflect real people. We store only your destination link and a timestamp per scan, never anything about who scanned.
