It's built for the moments where you need a stack of labels now and don't want to wrestle with Word's mail-merge wizard or pay for desktop label software.

What you can do

• All same — type one label, repeat it across every slot on the sheet.
• List mode — paste a list of entries and the tool fills each slot with the next item.
• CSV mode — drop in spreadsheet data with multiple fields (name, address, SKU, etc.) and map them into each label.
• Skip used labels — set a start offset so partial sheets aren't wasted on a fresh print run.
• Cutting guide marks — optional crop marks for sheets without pre-die-cut perforations.
• Print-ready PDF export — sized exactly to standard label sheet dimensions so labels line up under the adhesive.
• PNG export — pull a single label out as an image for sharing or web use.

Tips for clean prints

• Print a test page on plain paper first and hold it up to a blank label sheet to verify alignment before committing.
• Disable any "fit to page" or "shrink to printable area" settings in your print dialog — print at 100% scale.
• If your printer drifts the page slightly, tweak the start offset rather than redesigning the layout.
• For glossy or specialty label stock, run one sheet at a time through the manual feed tray.

Browser-only privacy

Everything happens in your browser tab. Your label content — addresses, names, customer data — never gets uploaded anywhere. The PDF is generated locally on your machine and saved directly to your downloads folder.
