About the Email Signature Generator

A good email signature is quiet, professional advertising that goes out on every message you send. This tool lets you build one in a couple of minutes — fill in your details, pick a template and an accent color, and copy a clean, professional signature directly into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.

Everything happens in your browser. Your name, title, phone number, photo, and links are assembled locally and never uploaded to a server — unlike many "free" signature builders that quietly collect everything you type.

Built for real email clients

Email is not the web. Gmail and Outlook strip out <style> blocks, JavaScript, SVG, and modern CSS, so signatures that look great in a browser often fall apart in an inbox. This generator outputs table-based HTML with inline styles and web-safe fonts only — the format that actually survives the trip into a real email client.

Five templates, your colors

Add social links as tidy icon badges or plain text links, drop in a call-to-action button, a tagline, or a confidentiality disclaimer, and tune the accent color, font, size, and photo shape to match your brand.

A note on images

You can upload a headshot or logo and it will be embedded directly in the signature, never sent anywhere. Be aware that some email clients — Outlook in particular — block embedded images, so for a signature that displays for every recipient, host your image at a public https:// address and paste the URL instead.

No account, no upload, no watermark — design it, copy it, done.
