About the Email Signature Generator

A good email signature is quiet, professional advertising that goes out on every message you send. This tool lets you build one in a couple of minutes — fill in your details, pick a template and an accent color, and copy a clean, professional signature directly into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.

Everything happens in your browser. Your name, title, phone number, photo, and links are assembled locally and never uploaded to a server — unlike many "free" signature builders that quietly collect everything you type.

Built for real email clients

Email is not the web. Gmail and Outlook strip out <style> blocks, JavaScript, SVG, and modern CSS, so signatures that look great in a browser often fall apart in an inbox. This generator outputs table-based HTML with inline styles and web-safe fonts only — the format that actually survives the trip into a real email client.

Twelve templates, your colors

Show social links as real platform icons (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, GitHub, TikTok, WhatsApp, Pinterest) in brand colors, dark, or subtle gray, or as plain text links. The icons are hosted on thedollarweb.com, which is what makes them render reliably in mail clients. Then drop in a call-to-action button, a tagline, or a confidentiality disclaimer, and tune the accent color, sixteen web-safe fonts, size, and photo shape to match your brand. Logos keep their true proportions in every layout, so wide wordmarks are never squashed.

A note on images

You can upload a headshot or logo and it will be embedded directly in the signature, never sent anywhere. Be aware that some email clients — Outlook in particular — block embedded images, so for a signature that displays for every recipient, host your image at a public https:// address and paste the URL instead.

No account, no upload, no watermark — design it, copy it, done.

Common questions

How do I create a professional email signature for free?

Pick a template, add your name, title, company, logo, and social links, style the colors, and copy the finished signature. Paste it into your mail client's signature settings and every email you send carries it.

How do I add the signature to Gmail or Outlook?

Copy the signature from the preview, then in Gmail go to Settings, then See all settings, then Signature and paste. In Outlook it is Settings, then Compose and reply. In Apple Mail, Preferences, then Signatures. The formatting survives the paste because it is real HTML.

Why do HTML email signatures break so easily?

Email clients render HTML with decades-old quirks, so hand-coded signatures collapse in unpredictable ways. These templates are built from the table-based patterns that survive Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, which is precisely the fussy work the generator does for you.

Can I include my photo or company logo?

Yes. Add a headshot, a logo, or both, and they are embedded so they display for recipients. Social icons and an optional call-to-action button round out the signature.

Is my information uploaded when I build a signature?

No. The signature is assembled in your browser and your details stay on your device. An optional Premium sync can back up your saved signature across your own devices.
